All dishwashers and glass washers we supply are covered by 12 months parts & labour warranty throughout the UK except in the following postal code areas (AB, BH, BN, BT, CO, CT, DT, EX, GY, HS, IM, IP, IV, JE, KW, KY, LA, ME, NR, PL, PO, SO, TO, TQ, TR, ZE), all machines sold in these area’s are covered by 2 years parts only warranty.
All warranty work is carried out by our own engineers. We do not sub contract out repair work and we don't abdicate the responsibility for warranty work to a third party or the machine manufacturer.
Dishwashers Direct Limited will repair / replace any part which fails within the warranty period, free of charge.
Exceptions
- Defective installation - Failure to install the machine in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, (except where installed by Dishwashers Direct Ltd).
- Component failure due to misuse, abuse and user error
- Incorrect or inappropriate use of the machine
- Loose or missing nut, bolts and screws.
- Trapped, leaking or broken detergent/ rinse aid tubes external to the machine
- Defects arising from inadequate or incorrect cleaning and reassembly after cleaning.
- Wash result issues when using 3rd party detergents or rinse aids
- Problems caused by crystallised or dried out detergents in the detergent tubes, pumps and injectors (except when using dishwashers direct detergents
- Problems caused by not having fitted or failure to correctly use a water softener.
- Problems cause by on site services i.e. no electricity, no water or low water pressure, blocked or defective drains.
- Additional staff costs caused by manual washing up if a machine is out of use.
You (the customer) agree to pay for our time at our standard rates if we are called out to a problem related to any of the above items on the exceptions list.
