Shipping and Handling In stock items ordered by 1pm will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery (by 5pm) 3-5 day delivery on glass washers and dishwashers unless you upgrade to next day delivery. All dish and glass washers are fully insured please open packaging if there is any signs of damage (before signing for the delivery). Once you sign for the delivery you have accepted it in good condition.
Back orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. No monies will be debited from your credit card until the goods are ready for dispatch.
Returns If for whatever reason goods supplied correctly are to be returned to Dishwashers Direct Limited it must be unused and still in the original packaging. Prior to returning any product a GRN (goods return note number must be obtained from Dishwashers Direct Limited customer services department. This number must be quoted on all future correspondence and clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Once received the product will be inspected and if found to be defective or damaged in any way, will be returned. If accepted, a re-stocking fee of a minimum of 20% will be charged + carriage. Goods returned without a GRN number will incur a restocking charge of a minimum of 50%.
