Pan and utensil washing machines start in size from a machine the same size as a domestic dishwasher with a wash chamber size of 500x500x390mm high up to very large front loading machines with a wash chamber size of 1350x725x820mm high.
Wash cycles vary from 2 to 12 minutes and are programmed to suit your business needs by Dishwashers Direct. A complete wash cycle consists of a wash with recycled hot water (50-65°C programmable) from the machines wash tank a short pause then a fresh water rinse at 65-90°C (programmable) exact temperatures are programmable by Dishwashers Direct to suit you business needs.
Exact temperature control is delivered by accurate electronic controls, full compliance and recording for HACCP is possible by adding and additional HACCP module and detergents are delivered precisely at the appropriate part of the cycle to guarantee repeatable wash results with high quality detergent dosing systems.
Complete compliance with UK water regulations is assured as all the machines we supply are fitted with WRAS approved integral class “A” air gap, break tank and rinse boost pump
